What actually happens in a session?
Everyone gets time in the hot seat. You put the real thing on the table: the deal you're circling, the hire you're avoiding, the number that isn't moving. The group asks the questions your team won't and names the pattern you might be too close to see. Then you leave with something concrete to do about it.
How is this different from community membership?
Membership gives you the masterminds, live coaching and the library. The peer group is a fixed, curated Round Table that meets consistently with facilitation. Membership is included in it.
What's the time commitment?
One session a month, two to three hours, plus the group channel between sessions. Light on your calendar. The real ask is that you show up honestly.
Is it virtual or in person?
Sessions are virtual so owners anywhere can take part. In-person time happens through retreats and community gatherings.
