Most business communities are built around tactics and introductions. Most personal-growth work pretends money isn’t part of the picture. Both halves get treated as separate problems, usually by separate people, usually in separate rooms.
They aren’t separate. How you price, how you manage and deploy capital, how you lead when the going gets challenging are all downstream of the same things. Soleia puts both halves on the same calendar.

I was a free-lunch kid growing up. Some of my earliest memories are of being worried about money — a 0/10 experience at the time, and one I now see as the gift that set me on this path.
I fell into sales at 20 and found I had a knack for it. That turned into a decade as a President's Club regular and over $100M in closed revenue. After a spiritual awakening, I left corporate to build my own vision. The combination of sales and entrepreneurship is what let my husband and me become financially independent at 33, with work finally optional.
That freedom let me chase what I loved. I competed as a powerlifter and built a strength business, then moved into executive health coaching for women, blending nervous-system and somatic work with identity transformation. Eventually I partnered with a friend to build the first version of this business — inner-work experiences for founders and execs.
What I learned along the way: entrepreneurship is a spiritual path. It surfaces every last self-limiting belief you have. Inner work is the foundation of growth, but its whole purpose is to let you take new, skillful action in the world.
Soleia was born to bridge that gap. We're a community of founders working the outer game of revenue alongside the inner game of capacity and alignment. The sales career that took me from a free-lunch kid to financially independent is baked directly into how we coach — pipeline reviews, live deal work, skill-building, mindset training, and peer groups.
Tripling your revenue doesn't just change your bank account. It changes who you have to become to hold it — the visibility you grow into, the rejection you stop fearing, the worth you have to actually believe. That's the transformation. Revenue is just the proof.
We do this work in community, and once or twice a year in person, on retreat — where the inner and outer work finally happen in the same room, at the same time.
We're here to build beautiful lives and businesses for ourselves, our families, and our communities and to have the biggest positive impact we can have on the world. And we think that is more fun when it's done with friends :)
