Who is the community for?
Founders, entrepreneurs, and executives who want more than another business networking group. People who are doing the inner work alongside the outer work — and want to be around others doing the same.
What does membership include?
Monthly masterminds, live group coaching with Chelsea and other facilitators, yoga/meditation/breathwork practice, community challenges, a full content library, and retreat discounts.
What's the CEO Peer Group?
The CEO Peer Group is our premium offering — curated groups of 5-8 founders who meet monthly with facilitation by Chelsea. It includes everything in the community membership plus intimate peer group sessions, nervous-system-informed facilitation, and a private group channel.
How is this different from other business communities?
Most communities are about tactics and networking. Ours is about transformation. We go deeper — nervous system work, real vulnerability, honest feedback. The business results come because the people are doing the personal work.
Do I have to attend retreats?
No. Retreats are a powerful part of the experience, but they're optional. Many members get tremendous value from the monthly calls and online community alone.
